A Clean Sweep!

I've been crafting seriously for near 10 years now and have tried many types of crafts and I've thoroughly enjoyed every single medium but my newest and perhaps the one I've been unconsciously working towards is jewellery making... A lovely lady called Jane came to our home earlier this year and taught a workshop using polymer clay... this went on towards pendants and earrings... Then I was told of a TV channel that demonstrated polymer clay techniques, which in turn led me to buying a few DVDS and then a few more... Some more tools where bought and now I have a great set of tools - pliers, hammers, mandrels, awls, reamers, metal punches, metal blocks, wire brushes, jigs, gizmos and more pliers!

I acquired some wire of differing gauges, findings, semi-precious beads and cabochons and I am thoroughly smitten! I've even set up an Instagram account where I post most of the stuff I make and even a few other things too.

Today, I finally took the plunge and tried a new technique of prong setting....

I have been making jewellery most days so there will be many pics to be shown over the next few weeks and if you would like to buy some of my makes please feel free to contact me via my email address

Thanks for dropping by
